How it all started…

Growing up in and around construction laid the foundation for my passion of the industry.

I humbly began my career in construction from the bottom, answering phones. Then quick rose to conducting on-site OSHA inspections and training, estimating multi-million dollar jobs and eventually becoming the Director of Construction Purchasing for Southern California’s largest independently owned home builder.

Throughout my 20+ years of experience now, I’ve witnessed time and time again that the one challenge every builder encounters is curating the right team.

In building my own successful teams, I discovered that NO third-party organization or recruiter had the required real-life experience or proper first-hand understanding of the intricacies builders face daily.

Whether seeking a receptionist or a superintendent, every role is vital to the success of your organization. Hiring the right or wrong person can make or break a project. For new or smaller builders, the wrong hire could cost “the farm.”
